The Residence, "Le mas de la plage" is located on the edge of the Mediterranean, 30 minutes from Narbonne, 20 minutes from Perpignan, less than 1 hour from Spain, secure semi-naturist with a private parking space.


You will enjoy an enclosed garden with trees not overlooked and a sunny terrace. Spacious and well-equipped house with direct access 300m from the naturist beach via a gate and 10 minutes from the textile beach (walk on the left).




This pretty house includes a living room with a two-seater sofa bed , 1 furnished and equipped kitchen , electric oven , microwave , large fridge/freezer, washing machine , filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster , dishes for 6... Large "does everything" ideal for fritted mussels!

Connected flat screen TV, WI-FI (free) .

You will have at your disposal: a Plancha, 4 deckchairs, parasol. ..




Le Mas de la Plage is located at the northern end of the naturist district of Port-Leucate.


This fully enclosed residence is made up of several small villas with pergola and private garden.


Pedestrian paths allow you to go on foot or by bike to the village of Leucate or Port-Leucate. A few meters away is the Shellfish Center with its Mas for a good tasting of Leucate oysters and seafood.


Nearby for naturists (from April) there are restaurants, bars, and basic shops in the Aphrodite naturist village.




Our animal friends are accepted under certain conditions, calm dog, non-barking, non-destructive, who sleeps in his basket and not in bed or sofa...




Linen is not provided but can be reserved through our concierge service (paid service).

Rentals open from April 1 to October 30, 2024.



Elements to provide:

- Deposit of €700 (two checks, one for €100 for cleaning and one for €600 for accommodation, it will be returned to you upon your exit inventory if everything is OK as on your arrival.

It's up to you to do the cleaning (No cleaning fees... You will have everything you need at your disposal.)

- Resort insurance certificate (you have it in your home civil liability insurance)
We ask you to behave as if you were staying with friends, to respect the calm, the accommodation, the environment, the nature of the beaches (textiles and naturists depending on everyone's choices and tastes!)

Ideal for 4 to 5 people.




(Reminder: arrival from 2 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. / exit from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. at the latest.


The concierge service can offer you various paid services:


linen, cleaning package when you leave... (To arrange directly with them to reserve what you will need)




They will make the mandatory entry and exit inventory.
