The villa “Les Embruns” is located in La Franqui, 200m from the beach

The place has managed to retain its charm and authenticity to create a little piece of paradise where peace and serenity surround this unique place. Between cliffs and beaches, discover this villa nestled in a pine forest high up on the cliffside, offering a small view of the azure blue sea.

The beautiful and large 8km beach is only 200m away and you can enjoy an idyllic and heavenly setting with wild coves. The cottage is located in a quiet area and you will be ideally placed since the shops are nearby: grocery store, tobacconist-newsagent, bakery-pastry shop, restaurants, pizzeria...

During your stay you can enjoy many activities nearby: windsurfing, kite surfing, adventure trail, tennis, aquatic area, cycle path. A beautiful hike is to be done from La Franqui to Leucate beach along the famous Cliff of Leucate by the "lookout trail" which is part of the Heritage of the Narbonnaise Regional Park. Several stages (the Lighthouse, the beach, the fort...). Lovers of nature and beautiful landscapes will be served.

On site you will enjoy a private garden-terrace: ideal for relaxing with garden furniture and fully enjoying your time outdoors. You can park in front of the cottage or on the street, the neighborhood is peaceful. The cottage is located on the ground floor of the villa and has a separate entrance, it is adjoining the owners' house located above.

The air-conditioned cottage is on one level and has several rooms:
- A living room with a fully equipped open kitchen, a lounge area with sofa and connected TV, a dining table.
- Two bedrooms each with a 140x190cm bed.
- A separate bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and washing machine.

During the summer season, guests must bring their own sheets (2 double beds + 1 sofa bed), pillowcases (50 x 70) and towels. Otherwise, the owner offers to provide sheets and towels for a flat rate of €20 per bed (or €40 in total if there are 4 of you) for the duration of your stay. These fees will be payable upon arrival.
There is no cleaning fee. Here are the two possibilities: the first: you prefer not to do the cleaning: a check for €60 must be given upon your arrival. Second possibility: you leave a security deposit check for the same amount upon your arrival and it will be returned to you or destroyed after your departure if the apartment is left in exactly the same state of cleanliness and order as you found it upon arrival. It will of course be cashed otherwise.
Notify owners in advance of logistics.

Year-round rental:
- Only weekly from Saturday to Saturday in July and August
- Possibility of weekends or days depending on availability
- Arrival from 4 p.m. - departure before 11 a.m. (unless accommodation is available before and/or after)

Prices:
- Low season: €110 per night / 10% reduction from 2 days of booking
- Mid season (June, September, school holidays, long weekends): €125 per night / 10% discount for bookings of 2 days or more.
- High season (July – August): €945 / week & €135 per night / if exceptional availability
