Rental agreement:
Nathalie will welcome you, give you the key, and conduct the inventory with you. You will need to provide her with a €500 security deposit for the house (cash only for foreign guests) and a €70 cleaning deposit (which she will return immediately after a satisfactory check-out inspection).
Tourist tax included.
A 30% deposit is required upon booking.

Smoking is permitted outside.

Entry from 4pm. Departure: 11am.
