After a successful first edition in 2025, Leucate invites you to come and attend or participate in this beautiful day organized on the quays!
8 pairs compete with 3 dishes: starter, main course and dessert in front of a jury, composed, among others, of Philippe Mesuron (MasterChef)!
For each dish, an identical mystery box for everyone, containing local and seasonal products, will be provided along with a specific recipe to be completed within a set time!
Originality, creativity, cleanliness of the work surface, perfect knowledge of cooking methods... these will be the criteria used by professionals!
This day will end in style with a festive DJ party and local product tasting.
